Right now, everyone in the world is contemplating how to improve their lives or what they need to change – and I love that. However, I also know that without the right support, well-thought-out plans, and intentional actions, things don't magically improve.
I've seen too many people "setting goals" or making plans that won't truly serve them. They're making decisions they "think" they need to make to "keep up with the Joneses" or to make someone else happy.
My vote for YOU this year is simple –
